Production Process: The fluff pulp is crushed and conveyed on a belt, where polymer is added. It is then wrapped with tissue paper, embossed, flattened, and cut to create the padding layer. Next, a non-woven fabric and PE film cover the layer, which is molded using hot-melt adhesive.

Product Structure: The pet mat consists of a non-woven fabric as the top layer, a PE film as the bottom layer, and a middle layer composed of a water-absorbent polymerized mixture of fluff pulp and water-absorbent resin (SAP).
